When do you deliver?
We deliver twice a week on Tuesday & Friday mornings. You can view all the details here

  

What if an item is out of stock? 
If an item is out of stock at time of purchase you will still be able to add it to your cart. Once we have received your order our team will reach out to you with an ETA for your backorder, and give you the opportunity to either leave the item on backorder, switch it out for an alternative product or process a refund for the backordered product.

 

Will I be notified of order updates? 
Yes, you will receive an email when you place your order and when it has been fulfilled/shipped.

 

How can I pay for my order? 
Pay at checkout by debit/credit card. We accept all card payments including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
