When do you deliver?
We deliver at least once a week and on the Friday of your entertaining week. View delivery days here.

 

How do I know I've booked my delivery slot? 
Once you've booked your delivery slot, you will receive an email notification. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do this from the email.

 

What if an item is out of stock? 
If an item is out of stock at time of purchase you will be unable to add it to your cart. However, you can enter your email address on the product page to get notified when the product is back in stock.

 

Will I be notified of order updates? 
Yes, you will receive an email when you place your order and when it has been picked in store.

 

How can I pay for my order? 
Pay at checkout by debit/credit card. We accept all card payments including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
