When you have finished shopping, place your order by going to checkout. This must be done by 10AM the day before delivery. Once your order is placed you'll be kept informed of when it has been picked and when it will be delivered by email/text.
booking a delivery slot on a convenient day for you. Online orders are usually delivered on Monday morning starting in Moss Vale and finishing in Bowral. We also have a delivery run on entertaining weeks, with deliveries arriving on a Friday. Click here to book your slot. Once your slot is booked you will receive an email confirmation. Please note we are limited to 10 bookings per day. Once this has been reached the day will not be available for booking.
On the day of delivery, you will be given a more precise delivery time. The driver will bring goods to your door and you will be given a delivery note. Receipts and order history can all be viewed on your online account.
